Question: Will your stream work with browsers other than Internet Explorer?

Question: I click on the "Listen Live Now" button but nothing happens and I don't hear anything, what should I do?
Answer: When you click on the "Listen Live Now" button the streaming player should open, if it does not, your web browser's pop-up blocker is probably preventing it from launching. Just temporary disable your pop-up blocker or allow pop-ups for PennsPeakRadio.com to listen!
Question: Why is there a delay between your online stream and what I hear on Channel 80?
Answer: Before audio makes it to the Internet it must be processed, converted into data, and compressed - when the audio is played back on your computer, the data must be uncompressed and converted back into audio, which causes some of the delay. Additional delay is caused intentionally, allowing your computer to "buffer" the stream, which helps the stream playback smoothly even if the connection is temporarily disrupted.
Question: I've emailed you a question/comment/complaint about the stream and I haven't heard back from anyone yet. Why not?
Answer: We wish we could respond to everyone immediately, but we do not have 24/7 customer support. We value all feedback and we try to get back to everyone as soon as we can!
