The Long-Lost Christmas Album from Paul McCartney?

On December 1st a video was posted on YouTube titled "Paul McCartney's Christmas Disc 1965". And now Beatlemania is alive again!

Now it's not an album of McCartney recorded songs, so don't get your hopes way to far up. But back some 50 years ago, he had created a sort of mix of songs for his bandmates for Christmas in 1965. It was said that there was only 3 additional recordings along with the original, one for each of them. So could this be the actual recording of one of them?

In a 1995 interview McCartney explained: “I had two Brenell tape recorders set up at home .. once I put together something crazy, something left-field, just for the other Beatles, a fun thing which they could play late in the evening. It was just something for the mates, basically.”

It sort of sounds like a radio station with McCartney playing the role of the DJ and introducing what songs he was playing next. Songs from The Rolling Stones, Elvis, and Nat King Cole all accompany each other on the recording. Sorry to say, you won't be hearing anything from The Beatles or McCartney himself.

Some are dead set on it being the real recording, while there are others who believe it is a fake. One way or another it's a great listen!
