Giving Tuesday

Now that Black Friday and Cyber Monday has come and gone, it's time to switch gears into a different mindset. There is no denying this year has been a hard one. Whether that be Hurricanes, Wildfires, Mass Shootings, and so much more, it's almost been hard to comprehend one thing after another. Donations have been rolling in at multiple places during the year, but also now that we've officially hit the Holiday Season, donating and helping has just began to pick up steam.

Back in 2012, Belfer Center for Innovation & Social Impact team at the 92nd Street Y created #GivingTuesday to "connect diverse groups of individuals, communities and organizations around the world for one common purpose: to celebrate and encourage giving." In 2015, #GivingTuesday had raised $177 Million online!

We here at PPR are all about community and helping hands, so we've been trying to give you place to donate this past year. I know it's sometimes hard to find charities that you can trust. Here is couple of places that we have did our research on and that your help/money will go to helping.
