Ingredients:
. 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1/2 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 2×1/2-inch strips
• 1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
• 3 medium bell peppers (green, red or yellow or a mixture), thinly sliced
• 4 – (8 inch) fat-free flour tortillas
Mix lime juice, cumin, salt and garlic in shallow glass or plastic dish. Stir in pork strips and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 15 minutes but no longer than 24 hours.
Remove pork from marinade; reserve marinade. Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook pork in skillet for 3 minutes, stirring once or twice. Stir in onion, bell peppers and reserved marinade. Cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion and peppers are tender but still crisp.
Place equal amounts of the pork mixture on center of each tortilla. Fold one end of tortilla up about 1 inch over pork mixture; fold right and left sides over folded end, overlapping. Fold remaining end down.

Peter Kenneth Frampton (born April 22, 1950) is an English musician, singer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. Frampton’s international breakthrough album was his live release, Frampton Comes Alive!. He has worked with David Bowie and both Matt Cameron and Mike McCready from Pearl Jam, among others. Frampton is perhaps best remembered for such hits as “Breaking All the Rules“, “Show Me the Way“, “Baby, I Love Your Way“, “Do You Feel Like We Do“, and “I’m in You“. He has also appeared as himself in television shows such as: The Simpsons, The Colbert Report and Family Guy.
After five albums with Humble Pie, Frampton left the band and went solo in 1971, just in time to see Rockin’ The Fillmore rise up the US charts. His debut was 1972’s Wind of Change, with guest artists Ringo Starr and Billy Preston. This album was followed by Frampton’s Camel in 1973, which featured Frampton working within a group project. In 1974, Frampton released Somethin’s Happening.
Peter Frampton had little commercial success with his early albums. This changed with Frampton’s breakthrough best-selling live album, Frampton Comes Alive!, in 1976. “Baby, I Love Your Way” and “Show Me the Way” were singles. His following album, I’m in You (1977) contained the hit title single and went platinum, but fell well short of expectations compared to Frampton Comes Alive!.
In 1979, Frampton returned to the studio following a near-fatal vehicle accident, to record the album Where I Should Be. Frampton continued to record throughout the 1980s, although his albums generally met with little commercial success. In 1995, Frampton released Frampton Comes Alive! II which contained live versions of many of the songs from his 1980s and 1990s solo albums.
On 12 September 2006, Frampton released an instrumental work titled Fingerprints. On 11 February 2007, Fingerprints was awarded the 2007 Grammy Award for Best Pop Instrumental Album.
Frampton released his fourteenth studio album, Thank You Mr. Churchill, on 27 April 2010.In Summer 2010 he began touring North America with the English band Yes.
Peter Frampton will play tonight at Penn’s Peak!

In Sunday’s Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, race winner Jamie McMurray joined one of Cup racing’s most exclusive clubs. A victory earlier in the year with his first at Daytona and then at the brickyard sets McMurray apart from many of the drivers that have never seen the checkered flag flying for them in both places in one year. Only Dale Jarrett (1996) and Jimmie Johnson (2006) are the only drivers to win both prestigious races in the same year.
arting second t
hanks to a two-tire call on a Lap 140 pit stop, McMurray powered his No. 1 Earnhardt Ganassi Racing Chevrolet past Kevin Harvick’s No. 29 Chevy on a restart with 11 laps left and pulled away to beat Harvick to the finish line by 1.391 seconds.
The Brickyard victory, however, had a bittersweet edge to it. McMurray’s teammate, Juan Montoya, tabbed as the driver more likely to finish the triple for his owner, did nothing to dispel that notion early on. Montoya led a race-high 86 laps but lost the lead when six teams — including those of McMurray and Harvick — opted for two tires on the Lap 140 pit stop under caution for debris. Montoya took four tires.
Montoya floundered in dirty air, dropped four positions and ultimately lost control of his car and crashed on Lap 145. For the second consecutive year, the Brickyard 400 ended in heartbreak for Montoya, who led 116 of 160 laps last year only to be thwarted by a pit road speeding penalty.

Baby kittens are vulnerable little creatures that need special tender loving care as they grow into the well known adult furballs we are all familiar with. Careful care is therefore needed when the kittens are still days or weeks old as they are prone to becoming weak, cold and dehydrated especially when not fed properly and at regular times.
Feeding an orphaned kitten cow’s milk may sound as the most convenient solution in the rescuer’s mind, however, cow’s milk is not digested properly and may cause major stomach upset and even diarrhea. In an already dehydrated kitten, cow’s milk may cause further dehydration due to diarrhea and prove even fatal at times. Fortunately, there are various products that may help jump start a weakened kitten into a healthy cat with 9 lives!
In order to properly feed a baby kitten you will need:
Kitten sized baby bottles
KMR
KMR stands for kitten meal replacement

and can be found in any major pet store chain. You may find it in powder or already reconstituted, please read label carefully.
DIRECTIONS:
Sterilize bottle and nipple by placing in boiling water for just about 5 minutes. When taken out of water allow to cool down a few minutes. After ward, fill sterilized bottle with dose of KMR, place nipple on and warm up by placing into a hot water for a few minutes. Test the warmth of the bottle by placing against forearm. It should feel warm without burning.
Finally, feed the kitten.
*Adding a teaspoon of unflavored yogurt for every 3 and a half ounces of KMR every few days helps establish good intestinal flora helping the digestive system.
CAUTIONS
-It is very important not to feed a kitten that is cold as this will cause major stomach upset and even death.
-Do not force milk down kitten’s throat as this may cause aspiration pneumonia from the milk going in the lungs.
-As mentioned above do not substitute KMR with cow milk or human formula.
-Do not overfeed as this may cause diarrhea and therefore dehydration
-Burp the kitten after feeding by holding one hand under kitty’s abdomen and kindly patting the upper back area.
-After 15 minutes post feeding stimulate your kitten to eliminate by using a warm wet towel and rubbing gently genitals and rectum. This imitate’s moms licking.
DOSAGE
Now that you need how to prepare food, you need to know how much to feed! The amount of KMR to feed is based upon body weight, here is a general guide or consult with the KMR’s label and instructions.
A 4 ounce kitten will need 32 ml of KMR per day divided in 6 servings
A 7 ounce kitten will need 56 ml of KMR per day divided in 6 servings
A 10 ounce kitten will need 80ml of KMR per day divided in 4 servings
A 13 ounce kitten will need 104 ml of KMR per day divided in 4 servings
A 16 ounce kitten will need 128 ml of KMR per day divided in 4 servings
*Kittens usually switch to solid food once they are about 3-6 weeks. You can help in the process by providing watered down canned cat food or chicken/turkey baby food with no onion or garlic.
It is amazing how kittens grow quickly. Kittenhood flies by and sooner than later your tiny vulnerable furball will have turned into a handsome, healthy cat!

Proving himself as a true contender int he Spring Cup Series, David Reutimann won the second Sprint Cup race of his career Saturday night in the LifeLock.com 400 at Chicagoland Speedway. Reutimann, whose previous victory came in last year’s rain-shortened Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte, crossed the finish line .727 seconds ahead of Carl Edwards, who posted his best finish — and only second top five — of the season.
Reutimann, who is in a contract year at Michael Waltrip Racing, recently reached a handshake agreement on a three-year extension with the team.”These guys proved that they deserve a contract,” Ty Norris General Manager of MWR said. “They deserve to be around.”
What was an excellent night for Reutimann, Edwards and Gordon was a disaster for Cup points leader Kevin Harvick and four-time defending series champion Jimmie Johnson. Harvick fought trouble all race long, at one point bringing his No. 29 Chevrolet to the garage to change the fuel pump and fuel pump cable. He lost 16 laps in the process and finished 34th, 16 laps down.
On the way to a green-flag stop on Lap 93, Johnson missed the entrance to pit road, lost the lead to McMurray and to make matters worse…Less than two laps after a restart on Lap 136, Johnson spun on the backstretch while running in close quarters with the No. 56 Toyota of Martin Truex Jr.
