TESTICLE FESTIVAL
As far as fundraisers go, this one’s a bit nutty. Beginning today (Monday) Oakdale, California’s annual Testicle Festival gets going with volunteers in the Rotary Club planning to fry up 400 pounds of the private parts of bulls and serve them to diners who pay $50 apiece for the sit-down meal. The event, whose proceeds also benefit a local museum (a Cowboy Museum) has drawn an average of 450 people and last year raised $28,000.

I’d need several sheets of paper to list all of the comments for this one. Anyway, here are a few :
(1) The people sponsoring this event have alot of BALLS.
(2) Anyone who pays $50 each to eat bull testicles are NUTS.
(3) Assuming that this ‘meal’ is served plain on a plate, I’m wondering if maybe it would be more appropriate to have
the bull testicles along with some veggies served in a steamed burlap sack like they do at clam bakes.
(4) At the end of the meal do you get a ‘Happy Ending’ like at Friendlys?
